x What is the return and exchange policy?

Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final. ARLO SWIM does not offer exchange or returns. In the event that you are sent the incorrect style or a defect, please email us at hello@arloswim.com with an image of the bikini you received and we will be happy to help you out!

x Can I change my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept any refunds or cancellations.

If you made a mistake in your email or delivery address, please email us immediately at hello@arloswim.com to make the change. We generally process orders as soon as we receive them, and once our warehouse has processed your order we will not be able to make any changes.

x Where is my package?

All packages will take around 5 business days for the tracking appear. If your package status is 'pre-shipment', it means the package is on its way to you. Once it arrives in the destination country, you will be able to see a more detailed update. 

x What size should I order?

As each style and cut is unique, some style may run smaller than usual. Please refer to the size guide before ordering to ensure you purchase the best fit possible. If you have any questions, shoot us an email at hello@arloswim.com with our measurement, and we will be happy to recommend a size for you!

x Can I order top and bottom separately?

All of the bikinis comes in sets. We only offer mix sizes for select styles only! Sorry babes!
