How do I return/exchange and item?

  • ARLO SWIM ensures the highest standard of quality and hygiene. Hence, all orders are final. 
  • In the unlikely event that you are sent the incorrect style or a defect, please email us at hello@arloswim.com with an image of the bikini you received and we will be happy to help you out!

What if my bikini doesn't fit?

  • If your first bikini with us does not fit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will send you a new size absolutely free. Applicable for regular priced items and orders only. Shipping fees applicable for sale items or orders purchased with a promo code.

How do I cancel my order?

  • All orders made are final. Once an order is placed you agreed to ARLO SWIM's terms and condition.

How long does shipping take?

  • Your orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Most orders are delivered within 5-8 business days. 

    How do I pay?

    • We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal & Apple Pay. Please see all accepted methods at the bottom of our store.

     

    Where is my package?

    All packages will take around 3 business days for the tracking appear. If your package status is 'pre-shipment', it means the package is on its way to you. Once it arrives in the destination country, you will be able to see a more detailed update. 

    What size should I order?

    As each style and cut is unique, some style may run smaller than usual. Please refer to the size guide before ordering to ensure you purchase the best fit possible. If you have any questions, shoot us an email at hello@arloswim.com with our measurement, and we will be happy to recommend a size for you!

    Can I order top and bottom separately?

    All of the bikinis comes in sets. We only offer mix sizes for select styles only! Sorry babes!
