How do I return/exchange and item?

  • ARLO SWIM ensures the highest standard of quality and hygiene. Hence, all orders are final.  You can see our policy here.

What if my bikini doesn't fit?

  • If your first bikini with us does not fit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will send you a new size absolutely free. Applicable for regular priced items and orders only. 

How do I cancel my order?

  • All orders made are final. Once an order is placed you agreed to ARLO SWIM's terms and condition.

How long does shipping take?

  • Please bear in mind that all orders may take up to 10-15 business days for Australia & US orders and 20 business days worldwide processing and shipping. In some extreme cases, shipping could take up to 30 business days due to peak holiday period, long custom hold up, etc. 

    How do I pay?

    • We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal & Apple Pay. Please see all accepted methods at the bottom of our store.
