x Sales/Holidays require up to 5 working days for processing.
x Standard Delivery: 10-15 business days for shipments to Australia and the US. 20 business days for worldwide. In some rare cases, the package make take 30+ business days. In such cases, please email us and we will be happy to either resend or refund your package.
x Express Delivery: 5-8 business days for shipments to North America and Australia. 8-10 business days for worldwide.*

x Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, no exceptions.

x ARLO SWIM is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.
x ARLO SWIM is not liable if you miss a delivery. If delivery fails, the post office will attempt delivery two more times before it is returned to the sender. If returned to ARLO SWIM, customer will be responsible for the postage of reshipment.
x ARLO SWIM is not responsible if wrong shipping address is given to us when shipping information is asked during check out. You have 1 hour to email us the correct shipping address. Please make sure your information is correct before placing the order.
